Medical Information Systems: perfect and easy to use software to all kind of medical stores. It carries all the details of medicines in store. It helps in maintaining overall stock of medicines. This software can be used for billing and generates taxable bill too .It is user friendly to identify the location of medicines stored. User has complete each single details of medicines like price, dosage, manufacturer details and much more. It contains safe and secure login and displays important details only to authorized users. Addition of new items, updation of items and deletion process also provided to authorized users and it also features receipt notes and stock journals. This project has special features like a message alarm to out of stock medicines and it automatically alerts when a particular medicine is about to expire. This software also features messaging service to the dealers or manufacturers of medicine so that user can directly order items when the item is out of stock by sending messages. This software can differentiate the sales in stores according to shift wise and generate reports .Reports are also generated in the form of graphs to easily get information of sales and purchases of stores. Information of dealers and manufactures like address, contact information and others can be stored in the software reducing the work of maintaining address books and other details, all the information is available in one go. This software also sends sms to the main user mobile about the stock of items and sends warning messages to the main user regarding expiry, sales and more. This software does multi functioning with reports, billing, classification of medicines and more. It can also be served in veterinary and other kinds of medical stores. To Reduce the work load this software also has the section for employees of the stores having details about store employees with salary, leave and other informations. It is two in one software.

Module Description
Login Module: Here we give the user name and password.
Add Module: Here we enter the employee detail with medical information.
Modification Module: Here, only the Admin can make changes to the medical details.
Deletion Module: Here, the expiered data is deleted.
Display Module: Here, all the reports of a particular employee are displayed.
View Module: Here, the 3 years reports of a particular employee are viewed at once.
Search Module: Here, the reports of a particular employee are searched and displayed.
