We got this project in planet source code and all the modules working perfectly. Even those who are beginner even they can learn to develop visual basic projects. Right now its developed in Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2003. 
Front END : Visual Basic 6.0

Back End : Microsoft Access (.MDB)

      You need make some changes in BMSDB.mdb file > users.. remove all users & add new as follows or make changes in password field..
      In loginid column add name as "1!4$5%4@a%4@0.e`h&1!e`e$h&" (without quotes) and in password field add "/4e`1!e`4@3#.8/4/7" (without quoets)

      Now your admin password is "StaticGSM" (without quotes)
